West Virginia Lottery PROMISE Commercial Application
Proceeds from the West Virginia Lottery are used to help fund many good causes each year, including the PROMISE Scholarship Fund. Since 2002, more than $300 Million from Limited Video Lottery has been used to support the PROMISE Scholarship Fund. The Lottery is planning a series of informational commercials to highlight the success of PROMISE scholarship recipients …and we need your help! If you received a PROMISE Scholarship, graduated from a University or College in West Virginia and are now employed in our state, we would like to tell your story. If you are selected, you will have a chance to appear in our next TV commercial.
After completing all questions in this document, save the file, and send the completed application along with a recent photo to by June 8, 2015. Thanks in advance for allowing your story to be told.
