Information for Technical Meeting participants
The Technical Meeting venue is held in the space of Smolenice Castle which is situated in a wooden area 20 minutes` walk from Smolenice village.
Accommodation
Accommodation for TM participants is reserved in the castle facilities as well as in Hotel Solmus placed directly in Smolenice village. Transport for the hotel customers to Smolenice Castle will be ensured during the time of Technical Meeting.
Smolenice Castle is not accessible for the public commonly, thus individual booking is not available.
Opportunity to indulge accommodation facilities in the space of Smolenice Castle is reserved exclusively for the term of Technical Meeting dated in May 23 - 27, 2011.
According to capacity of the castle, lodging in single and double-rooms will be at disposal. In case of demand overrun, we will provide you with information about booking in Hotel Solmus.
Accommodation pricing in Smolenice Castle is 80.- € bed/night breakfast inclusive, resp. 95.-€, depending of the style of the room. We accept credit cards.
In case you are interested to be provided with accommodation, it is necessary to post filled application form with request for this incorporated to .
Anyway, you have an option to book your accommodation individually; in Hotel Solmus www.hotelsolmus.sk , alternatively, use the facilities in nearby Trnava orBratislava. In such event, the organizer neither provides booking nor transportation.
Boarding
There is no possibility for individual consummation in the space of the Castle. A uniformed menu is to be served for the agreed number of participants by prior arrangement. Participants are supposed to order the meal at organizers board at least a day in advance. On that account, please let us know whether you are concerned with the lunch served in the first day of the meeting. The next meals will be ordered upon arrival and registration.

In time period from 9 am. to 10 pm. you can utilize a bar with hot and cold alcoholic/alcohol free drinks to buy some.
