Spelling – due on Wednesday, test every Friday
Reading – every day for 20 minutes
Math – practice math facts daily for 5-10 min.(keep flash cards in the car!)
· Book Reports – see folder Please pay close attention to the Rubric
· AR – Accelerated Reading: Students take the STAR reading assessment to determine their reading range. Students read books within that range choosing from a variety of genres. Students will have a quarterly AR point goal that is based on the students’ reading range and will be counted as one grade in Reading. The goal will change quarterly.
· Mass – please attend weekly with your child to enjoy the fullness of God’s great grace and love during this wonderful journey of the sacramental year.
We discuss the gospel, homily, music, etc. on Mondays. There is a great APP – masstimes.org- that gives you the dates, times, and directions for all churches in the country!!

· Scholastic Books – looking for a parent to earn volunteer hours from home!!!
