Our VBSS Demonstration Workshop is scheduled on 1/__/15 from X:00PM – X:00PM .

GOAL OF LSM DEMONSTRATION WORKSHOP:

·  LSM’s to Demonstrate the Strata Sort Game & use of VBSS Customer Language

·  Why? - So we can better coach our AE’s in Strata with VBSS Customer Language

-  So we can change how our clients buy cable, build more effective schedules and drive more $$!

EVERY LSM should prepare. Come to the workshop able to demonstrate the use of the Strata Sort Game to improve any of 5 “client scenarios” / schedules:

·  Practice ALL 5 SCENARIOS in advance of the Demonstration Workshop. Be prepared to:

1) Improve schedule utilizing the Strata Sort Game. Results should yield:

§  Double the # of spots the client would get

§  Increase impressions delivered by at least +25% or better

§  Increase Reach of the schedule by 10+ points

2)  Deliver your customer role play. Use the VBSS Customer Language and at least one Value Statement to explain to the “customer” (your workshop audience) why this new schedule is better / address any of the associated 5 client scenario objections or negotiation tactics.

·  VBSS DEMONSTRATION WORKSHOP IN A BOX

o  In the “BOX” is everything you need to practice and then demonstrate:

1)  5 “customer scenarios” (objections or negotiation tactics)

2)  5 customer scenario Strata scx files

3)  VBSS Customer Language One Sheet

4)  VBSS Value Statements one sheet
