Suggested Activities:

Revise/update a unit of instruction

Revise/update materials used for CDE preparation

Assist in preparation of team for a CDE

Team up with or shadow a County Ag Literacy Coordinator at a classroom presentation

Work with elementary teachers in promoting Agriculture Education

Assist in preparing and presenting Ag Literacy programs

Assist with the Land Laboratory

Assist with preparing and managing fund-raising activities

Present or assist in presenting the Agriculture Department Annual Report to the school board

Assist in developing and implementing FFA recruiting activities

Assist in organization and hosting of a CDE’s and section proficiency awards

Assist in collection drive for FFA Foundation

Interview current Agriculture Education Teachers about why they choose the Agriculture Education Profession

Speak and assist with recruiting at freshman orientation program
