SCHOOL TOURS – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

2.  Kindly include school stamp on this form for verification procedure.
3.  We can only confirm your booking status once we receive the booking form.
4.  All the information required above is fundamentally and must be accurate.
5.  A maximum of 100 Students including educators will be permitted per slot.
6.  We do not confirm bookings telephonically, a confirmation letter with all the necessary information will be forwarded either to your email address or fax number.
7.  Special needs schools are urged to make prior arrangements. These include children with disability (hearing, sight, wheelchair bound)
8.  A maximum of 30 (wheelchair bound) learners per slot.
9.  Late arrivals of schools will not be accommodated – DMTP (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to cancel the Audio Visual presentation in the event of a school arriving 20 minutes late, or to cancel the whole tour in the event of a school arriving 45 minutes late.
10. Pre-bookings on SKY CAR are not allowed due to the attraction being weather dependant. Schools can purchase tickets upon arrival; we take cash, cards & vouchers, NO CHEQUES.
