I do the lineup, take orders, work with dealers, work with cooperate to make sure their initiatives are being implemented. The plant got runner up feed mill of the year for 2013. The house keeping has improved along with employee morale. I have full responsibility for all the EPA, FDA, Cooperateand Safety trainings with the employees. The plant is maintained with one maintenance mechanic and myself.

I opened the Russell plant in 2007 and dealt with contractor, sub-contractors, wrote operating SOP's, hired all personal for thelocation and worked with the R&D group to start operation of new dairy supplement product.
