Question 1. This Invitation to Bid and corresponding Attachments do not delineate any rental terms and conditions. Since this Invitation to Bid is for “EMERGENCY FLOW PUMPS RENTALS”, how will Rental Terms and Conditions be addressed and inserted into the award document?
Answer: The signing of vendor forms is not allowed by the State.
Question 2. Attachment C Pricing Sheet:Bid line items 1-12 have “RENTAL OF HYDRAULIC DRIVE AXIAL FLOW PUMP” are submersible hydraulic centrifugal pumps an acceptable substitution if they meet the flow requirements?
Answer: Bid as specified.
Question 3.Attachment C Pricing Sheet:Bid line item 50 – indicates “DELIVERY REROUTING CHARGES, PER MILE” –would the State of Louisiana accept a “cost per hour” or “flat rate”?

Question 4.Attachment B Special Terms and Conditions: Does the State of Louisiana have a point-of-contact established with the GOHSEP whom we should use, or would we need to make arrangements?
