Schedule – Concert Band and Symphonic Band

March 19

10:45 a.m. - Report to OHS Band Room

10:55 a.m. - Rehearsal

11:30 a.m. – Dress for Festival (Students must have their concert attire –

Girls – All Black Outfit. Boys - complete tux uniform!)

11:45 a.m. – Load/Leave for Lunch

12:15 p.m. – Eat Lunch – Ooltewah – Fast Food

1:00 p.m. – Load and leave for Bradley Central High School

1:30 p.m. - Arrive at Bradley Central – Fine Arts Complex

1:45 p.m. - Meet in Lobby of Fine Arts Complex to go to

warm-up area.

2:00 p.m. - Warm-up

2:30 p.m. - Performance – Concert Band – Wind Ensemble will listen

2:55 p.m. - Sight-Reading

3:30 p.m. - Listen to Bands – This is an important part of

attending Festival.

4:45 p.m. - Meet in lobby to go to warm-up (Immediately following Walker Valley – move quickly and quietly – we will go directly to Warm-up.)

4:55 p.m. – Warm-up

5:15 p.m. - Performance – Wind Symphony

5:45 p.m. – Sight-Reading

6:30p.m. - End of festival activities for Thursday (Time is Approximate)

***Transportation will be provided for those students needing it to lunch and to Bradley Central. Parents are responsible for the students after the festival. No transportation will be provided back to the school. All students should be picked up at Bradley Central High School by 7:00 p.m. ***

Schedule - Wind Ensemble – Only Wind Ensemble members will be dismissed on Friday.

March 20

12:15 p.m. – Load/Leave for Lunch

1:00 p.m. – Lunch – Cleveland – Fast Food

1:45 p.m. – Load Bus for Bradley Central High School

2:30 p.m. – Arrive at Bradley Central – Fine Arts Complex

Listen to Bands – This is an important part of

attending Festival.

5:40 p.m. - Meet in Lobby of Fine Arts Building to go to

warm-up area.(Immediately following Cleveland – move quickly and quietly – we will go directly to Warm-up.)

5:55 p.m. - Warm-up

6:15 p.m. - Performance – Wind Ensemble

6:45 p.m. - Sight-Reading

7:15 p.m. - Students are free to leave (This time is approximate.)

Parents are responsible for the students after the festival. No transportation will be provided back to the school. All students should be picked up at Bradley Central High School by 7:30 p.m. ***
