Concerns/Opportunities
Continue to seek guidance from NYS SHRM and/or SHRM regarding best practices in Public Relations. Currently there are no PR related volunteer webcasts or breakout sessions at the NYS leadership conference to brainstorm.
Turnover at media outlets has made us rethink how we plan to market and get HR professionals out there. We are focusing on social media and other outlets (social media, youtube, crhra.org) where we have more control.
Recommendations
Continue communication with NYS SHRM and SHRM to request Public Relations best practices support.
