In this project ,there is a complete Management of IT Application, Operation, Network Services from state level to Head Office (HO) level support to Retail Business of entities like retail stores, Marts, Specialty stores, Distribution centers, collection centers, administrative office. I as a member, plan, execute and Monitor Infrastructure and application operations across the state with approx 70 retail outlets, 5 distribution centers, 20 collection centers, 2 admin offices and 5 city offices.These are the following projects on which I have extensively worked & supported :-
