UAB GBS & MSTP Student Evaluation Form for
Research Committee Meetings
Committee Meetings are to be held, at minimum once a year (every six months for MSTP students). This form is to be completed and returned to the GBS theme or MSTP office within one week of the committee meeting.
GBS Students: It is the responsibility of the UAB GBS student to ensure the student form and the thesis mentor form is completed, signed, and returned to the GBS theme office.
MSTP Students: It is the responsibility of the UAB MSTP student to ensure the student, thesis mentor, and MSTP advisor sections are completed and returned to the MSTP office.
