Sermon on the Mount

1 – What does it mean Blessed are the?

( ) adventurous, who have a lot of fun in various occasions.

2 – Why is it called Sermon on the Mount?

( ) because went up on a mountainside to teach everyone.

( ) because this was the name chosen by Moses.

( ) because where He was sat there were only mountains around Him.

3 – Where is the Sermon on the Mount written?

( ) in Exodus, from Moses.

( ) in David’s salms

( ) in the New Testament, where Jesus’ Gospel is.

( ) in the Old Testament.

4 – What does it mean to be meek?

( ) it means we should not bite anyone.

( ) it means to live in a calm beach in the Pacific Ocean.

( ) it means not to fight, not to clash, not to offend, not to combat and also to silence before an offence.

5 – Why should we forgive everyone and everything others did to us, even if we don’t like it?

( ) because the person who doesn’t forgive will carry sadness within himself, which will cause him damage; plus, we want to be forgiven for our mistakes.

6 – How should we talk to people, especially the elderly?

12- Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they will be filled, means:

( ) the only ones who are happy are the ones who are in hunger.

( ) the ones who search for the truth and the work towards doing good will find peace and happiness.

13 – Blessed are the pure in heart, for they will see God, means:

( ) it means we need to have a healthy diet; hence if your blood is pure your heart will work well

( ) it means the ones who don’t do bad things or have negative thougths and are sincere will progress and get closer to God.
