Northland Records were broken by ten lifters at the Northland Bench Press Champs held at Brian’s Gym in Dargaville on Saturday.
A high standard of lifting was seen by the new junior lifters competing – all bettering Northland records and almost all setting new personal bests! Great for the future of the sport!
