Define organisational data that structures the current organisation

Do you have globally consistent picture of job codes, departments, legal entities, business units and other organisational data elements today?
Which organization entities will be needed to reflect your internal organisation?
Are some of the organisation data already defined / managed in another system (e.g. financial system)?

SUPPORTED COUNTRIES

Identifiy countries where Employee Central will be deployed and possible local processes

Is there a plan to track base salary in the application?
Is there plan to track adhoc bonus in the application?
Is there a plan to track any kind of allowances (housing, car…)?
Is there a plan to track contributions and deductions (for integration with payroll system)?
What other compensation data should be tracked in the application?

INTEGRATION WITH OTHER SYSTEMS
