TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Interested parties may inspect the vehicle at the address mentioned below on January 9, to January 13, 2017 between 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.
  1. Sealed Tenders should be sent to Greenstar Social Marketing Pakistan Guarantee Ltd.,5th Floor, Bahria Complex Building # 3, M.T. Khan Road, Karachi, by January 16, 2017.
  1. The offer should be accompanied by a Pay Order of Rs. 5000/ for each or all vehicles. infavour of “ Greenstar Social Marketing(G) Pakistan Ltd., as Earnest Money ( Cash, Cheque or Bank guarantee will not be accepted/entertained as Earnest Money). Unsuccessful bidder may collect their Pay Order within (7) seven Working days of opening of tenders.

4Tenders that are not on the prescribed form or without earnest money will NOT BE

ACCEPTED

5 Successful bidders shall be bound to take delivery of the vehicle within three(3) working days

of acceptance of tenders against balance of payment plus 10% advance Income Tax as

applicable under the law, on the total value. In case the successful Bidders fails to take the

delivery within stipulated time, the offer shall be cancelled and the earnest money will be forfeited.

6. Company reserves the right to reject/accept any tender without assigning any

reason whatsoever or cancel all bids.
