Confirmation: (1) Van/Minibus: You will receive the confirmation of the reservation as soon as the RST Agency receives requests for 4 passengers for the same scheduled shuttle. (2) Regular Taxi: You will receive the confirmation of the reservation within 24 hours. (3) Shared Taxi: You will receive the confirmation of the reservation as soon as the RST Agency receives another request from other conference participant using the same flight or different flight arriving within acceptable time difference.
Payment: After confirmation of the reservation and pro-forma invoice are received, the payment has to be made before 8 June 2017 (4 weeks prior the conference) in order to have the reservation valid. The payment can be made using one of the options offered in the pro-forma invoice (bank transfer or credit card payment).
Cancelation policy:
– before 22 June 2017 (2 weeks prior) 100% refund minus bank commissions and charges;
– before 29 June 2017 (1 week prior) 50 % refund minus bank commissions and charges.
TRANSFER TYPE INFORMATION:
1) SHUTTLESERVICE:Van or Minibus. Minimum 4 passenger per shuttle. Price: 30 EUR (per passenger/one way). Includes: 2.5 to 3 hours nice drive through mountains, croissant and 0.5 l bottled water during15 min break halfway.

3) SHARED TAXI SERVICE WITH SHARED PRICE FROM THE SKOPJE AIRPORT:The RSG Travel Agency can help organize shared taxi and shared price service for conference participants arriving at Skopje Airport with other flights not covered by the shuttle service. This option is possible if there are other conference participants using the same flight or different flights arriving within acceptable time difference. Price: The price per car is the same as regular airport taxi service 95 EUR (one way) with maximum 3 passengers.
