TDS TELECOM ILEC OPERATIONS - Announces New Class 5 End Office at Central State Telephone Company located in Wisconsin.

· In the 2nd quarter of 2013, TDS TELECOM will establish a new trunking gateway in the Auburndale, WI rate center (ABDLWIXAGT0). Beginning 3rd quarter 2013, lines currently served via ABDLWIXARS0 will be gradually transitioned to the new office.

· TDS Telecom will also establish new CLLIs for the Junction City rate center (JNCYWIXA0MD), Pittsville, WI rate center (PTSVWIXA2MD), Vesper, WI rate center (VSPRWIXA2MD), Lindsey, WI rate center (LNDSWIXA2MD) and Mill Creek, WI rate center (RHFDWIAA0MD) which will also be served via the ABDLWIXAGT0 gateway. Beginning 3rd quarter 2013, lines currently served via JNCYWIXADS0, PTSVWIXARS1, and VSPRWIXARS1 will be gradually transitioned to the gateway office.

· The SS7 Point Code for the new offices is 223-021-013. JNCYWIXA0MD, PTSVWIXA2MD, VSPRWIXA2MD, LNDSWIXA2MD and RHFDWIAA0MD will subtend the TDS Telecom ABDLWIXAGT0 gateway office and will subtend the AT&T STPTWI0161T tandem for FGB/D.

· Carriers may retain existing direct trunks to these offices until further notice. New end office trunks may be ordered to the ABDLWIXAGT0 gateway.
