Amend Res#11-467, adopted July 20, 2011 agreement with CT Consultants for the design, bid documents and contract oversight and inspections for CDBG funded sewer installation in Sheffield Township, along Albany Ave. Said amendment is to reflect an extension of CDBG formula grant for FY10 and service connections are to be provided to every sublot on Albany Avenue changing scope of service and creating an additional fee of $2,500
