Notes – UC Interventions
1. Source of information for UC Live Service: Department for Work and Pensions Work Services Platform (WSP).
2. UC Live Service - A range of intervention types were in operation for Universal Credit Live Service during the most recent month for which data is available, i.e. August 2017. These are listed in the table and associated in each case with a range of timings to indicate the minimum and maximum duration that might be expected.
3. Source of information for UC Full Service: Department for Work and Pensions UCFS Physical Data Model.
4. UC Full Service - There are a number of Intervention types in operation for Universal Credit Full Service which support the delivery model. In this instance, a more specific duration is assigned to each intervention as shown in the table. This is with the exception of 2 intervention types related to the habitual residency test, for which timing is not available from the (Full Service) Physical Data Model.
