Parent Watch Week

Just a reminder that our first parent watch week will be held during the week of October 24th – 29th. Parents are more than welcome to watch the LAST TEN MINUTES of each class. We will allow parents of any pre-school classes as well as all ballet classes to watch the full class.

There will be NO PARENT WATCH for all Large Groups.

Fees

Large Group Fees are now due.

If you have not set up your monthly fees, please do so as soon as possible. Please make note;

all costume fees are due on October 15th,

and competition fees will be due on November 15th.

Please note that any costume or competition fees paid by

debit or credit will be charges an additional 4% processing fee.

Lost and Found

Please be sure to take a look through the Lost and Found bin for any misplaced belongings before October 30th, as we will be donating any leftover clothing at that time.

Competitions

Competitions have been decided! Hyperflex will be participating in the following competitions this season: Dance Power Edmonton #1, Represent, Dance Power Edmonton #2, CanDance, and one more TBA. Please see the attached chart for which competitions you will be involved in.

Facebook Group

Just a reminder to make sure that you are a member of our private Facebook group. This is where daily information is posted and you can make sure you are always up to date! If you have any questions on how to join, ask any staff member. Don’t miss out on important info! This is THE ONLY PLACE where we post class info, daily changes and updates. It is of utmost importance you are in this group and up to date!

Extra Choreography

All extra choreography should now be requested. Our teachers are extremely busy this year! Please make sure you bring something to record your choreography to every rehearsal. Just a reminder, payment is due FIRST rehearsal, directly to your teacher.

Hyperflex Wear

Don’t miss out on the chance to purchase Hyperflex Wear!

Order deadline is October 13th

This will be the only clothing order, so don’t miss out!! We are using a great new company and will have a whole new line of team wear! Order forms are available at the front desk and have been posted in the Facebook group. These items are guaranteed to be here for Christmas.

Hyperflex Parents Association

Hyperflex Dance Studio is very excited to now have a Parents Association! Being a member of the Parents Association allows for dancers to take part in fundraisers that will help pay for stage rehearsal, personal fees, and items to benefit the studio. Please note that if you do not become a member you will not be able to participate or benefit from fundraisers, and you will be required to pay a fee of ??? per group for stage rehearsal. Please do not miss out on the benefits of being a member. Please fill out the membership application and pay the $20 fee before October 15th??
