Price contains the following

  • 1 operation manual, containing the description of operation and maintenance, and the operation safety certificate.
  • Test operation and training:

­Supplier undertakes a test operation and the training of operating personnel for max. 4 days (1 person for 4 days, 2 people for 2 days) at its premises.

­The accommodation and catering expenses of the trained personnel is to be covered by Supplier, while the travel costs and fees are to be covered by Buyer.

­Supplier informs about the test operation 15 days in advance.

  • Spare parts package, with the following:

­2 pieces of heating units, 2000 W,

­10 pieces of preform carrying dolls,

­1 portion of compressor oil for the first change and one filter,

­glass fuses and other electronic or electric components,

­10 pieces of blow head packing,

­3-3 pieces of sound dampers, in all sizes,

­2 allen keys

­1 open-ended spanner.

Serving units necessary

  • Electric input: 230/400 V-50 Hz+N+T.

Installing, set-up

  • The premise should be suitable for the instalment of the equipment.
  • Supplier provides two mechanics for the instalment of the equipment at Buyer’s premise. The accommodation and catering expenses of the mechanics are to be covered by Buyer, while the travel costs and fees are to be covered by Supplier.
  • The handing over is at the presence of our colleague who is legally entitled to sign the hand over records in case of successful test operation.

Electronic, pneumatic and water systems

  • Building of electric cables, water and air pipes, is Buyer’s duty, on the basis of Supplier’s instructions and the experiences of the technical personnel, trained by Suppliers.

Offer validity

30 days

Terms of payment

  • 50% payment in advance, within 5 days from the sign of the contract,
  • 50% after the pre handover, and the test operation and training, before delivery.

Terms of delivery

  • Delivery period is 45-60 days, depending on the contract terms, the payment in advance and the finalization of technical questions.
  • The cost of delivery is to be paid by Buyer.

Warranty

  • Supplier hereby claims to be responsible for any operating faults due to design, manufacturing and assembling and undertakes full warranty for 12 months from the instalment of the machine and its components.
  • Warranty does not include faults due to inefficient use or maintenance, nor ignoring the content of the description of operation and maintenance, nor the change of the standard fraying parts,

Please note that the one year warranty and the commissioning of the equipment is free of charge only within the territory of Hungary and within a radius of 100 kilometres. Other than that it is subject to negotiation.
