Call for stallholders: Morley Winter Fair
Sunday 4 December 2016, 11am – 3pm
Morley College’s annual Winter Fair offers a mix of creative taster sessions and live entertainment, plus a fantastic craft fair and delicious food stalls - there will be something for everyone to enjoy. Last year the Fair attracted over 1000 visitors who enjoyed the entertainment and Christmas shopping opportunities!
Who can and how to apply for a stall at the Arts & Crafts fair
Who can apply?
· The criteria for selection of stallholders will be to offer a wide range of good quality art and craft work made by Morley students and tutors
· In addition we invite external stall holders of quality Bric a Brac, Vintage, toys and other seasonal, quirky and special goods
· The cost of a stall to Morley staff and students will be £20 and for external stallholders £30
· Selected stallholders are required to agree to the Terms & Conditions of participating
How do I apply?
If you wish to make an application for a stall please email attaching a completed application form (found at the end of this document). We ask for the following information:
· Your name
· Details of the work / products you’re selling and the price range
· Your connection to Morley (If any i.e. student/non-student/staff/local etc.)
· Attach no more than three low resolutionimages of your work or a link to your website
Key times and dates
What is the timeline?
· The deadline for applying to the Fair is 5pm, Friday 14 October 2016
· All applicants will be informed by 5pm on Friday 21 October 2016 whether their application is successful.
Where will the Fair take place?
· The Fair will be held in the main building of Morley College, 61 Westminster Bridge Road, London, SE1 7HT
· Space allocated for each stall holder will be one 6ft trestle table each
