A change in the law means that from May 2018 we need your permission to hold details about you.
Your personal details will be held securely and will be will be used solely for the purposes of administration, communication of Huntingdonshire Volunteer Centre matters and statutory or other legal requirements

Please treat as Gift Aid donations all qualifying gifts of money made (tick all relevant boxes) today in the future
I confirm I have paid or will pay an amount of Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax for each tax year (6 April to 5 April) that is at least equal to the amount of tax that all the charities or Community Amateur Sports Clubs that I donate to will reclaim on my gifts for that tax year. I understand that other taxes such as VAT and Council Tax do not qualify. If the eligible tax I have paid in the current tax year is less than the amount of Gift Aid claimed on all my donations I know it is my responsibility to pay any difference.
I understand the charity will reclaim 25p of tax on every £1 that I give.
