2. ACHIEVEMENTS OF THE DIVISION :
· This year there are 32 Scouts & 29 Guides received RASHTRAPATI AWARDS which is the highest in KVS State ,
· 24 Cubs received GOLDEN ARROW BADGES from BS & G NATIONALLEVEL. This is the second largest in KVS State.
· There are 182 Guides and 214 Scouts qualified for Rajyapuraskar Awards in the National level Rajyapuraskar Testing Camp held at KV1 Tirupati from 26-04-2015 to 30-04-2015.
3. ACTIVITIES CONDUCTED DURING THE YEAR 2014-15 :
a) TRITIYA SOPAN TESTING CAMP:
Tritiya Sopan Testing camp conducted for Scouts & Guides at TWO different Venues i.e. at KV 2 Uppal for Hyderabad and Secunderabad Districts and KV1 Tirupati for Tirupati and Vijayawada Districts from 26th to 28th August 2014.
At KV2 Uppal venue 142 Scouts and 116 Guides took part in the Camp and at KV1 Tirupati 92 Guides and 146 Scouts participated.
b) ADULT LEADERS TRAINING:
This Year KVS State had given an opportunity to Hyderabad Division to conduct Basic & Advanced Courses for Cub Masters and Flock Leaders for Ernakulam, Bangalore, Chennai and Hyderabad Divisions. Except Chennai Division, the other 2 Divisions sent the participants to the above courses. Along with these Courses our Division conducted Basic and Advanced Training Courses for Scout Masters and Guide Captains.

The trainng programme was oranized from 27-10-2014 to 02-11-2014 at KV Tirumalagiri. The following are the details of participation course-wise:

There are 161 participants and 36 officials took part in the above said training programme. Adult Leaders training other than the above courses:
Mr. P. Ravisankar received his LT(S) certificate and waiting for his Hon’ble charge.
In ALT Scout wing, 4 Scout Masters and in ALT Guide wing, 4 Guide Captains attended at NTC Pachmarhi.
Pre-ALT(S) - There are 9 Scout Masters and 1 Cub Master attended to this course at NTC Pachmarhi and NYC gadpuri.
In HWB Scout wing, 6 Scout Masters and in Guide wing 3 Guide Captains attended at NTC Pachmarhi.
c) CUB-BULBUL UTSAV :
This is the only Division which organized a 3 day Cub – Bulbul Utsav. This year, this Utsav was organized at TWO different Venues i.e. KV 1 Tirupati and KV NPA Sivarampalli. At KV 1 Tirupati it was from 8th to 10th December and at KV NPA Sivarampally from 17th to 19th December 2014.
At Tirupati Venue 94 Cubs and 82 Bulbuls took part in various Competitions and Divisional Commissioner’s shield was received by Cubs and Bulbuls of KV 1 Tirupati from Madam R Kalavati, Deputy Commissioner & Divisional commissioner, KVS(HR) on 10-12-2014.
At KVNPA Shivarampally Venue 131 Cubs and 125 Bulbuls took part in various Competitions and Divisional Commissioner’s shield received by Cubs and Bulbuls of KV Picket from Madam R. Kalavati, Deputy Commissioner & Divisional commissioner, kVS(HR) on19-12-2014.
d) REPUBLIC DAY CELEBRATIONS:
Since Three Years, this Division is organizing Republic Day celebrations on 26-01-2015, especially for Scouts and Guides. Our DC Madam R Kalavati had given a chance to other KVs other than Hyderabad & Secunderabad Districts viz., KV Warangal, KV Nalgonda and KV Karimnagar to participate in the Celebrations. Even though KV Nalgonda is a Small KV, their Band party presentation in the Republic Day Parade at KV2 Uppal is quite appreciable. 400 Scouts and Guides from 22 KVs participated and made the programme a grand success.

e) THINKING DAY / PATROL LEADERS CAMP :
A 3-day training programme for Patrol Leaders was conducted at KV Kanchanbagh from 20-02-2015 to 22-02-2015. From each Unit 04 Scout Patrol Leaders and 04 Guide Patrol Leaders were invited. From entire Division, 37 Units turned up and total 300 Patrol Leaders participated in the programme. Training was given in different aspects like Troop meeting, Knotting- lashing, Log book maintenance and Proficiency badge work and maintenance of PB logs. On 22-02-2015, All-faiths prayer was organized and competitions were conducted.
f) DIVISIONAL AWARDS TO ADULT LEADERS :
This year Divisional award ceremony conducted along with Patrol Leaders Camp at KV Kanchanbagh on 22-02-2015. Since no Cub Master and Flock leaders who have completed HWB and above were available in the Division, One veteran Scout Master Sh. Ramesh Reddy, HWB(S) and Ms. Kiranjeet Kaur, ALT (G) were honoured with Divisional Awards. A shawl, sriphal, citation/certificate with a memento worth of Rs.5000/- were presented for their services to the moment.
g) RAJYAPURASKAR TESTING CAMP :
State Level Rajyapuraskar Testing Camp for Scouts & Guides was held at KV1 Tirupati from 26-04-2015 to 30-04-2015. 214 Scouts and 181 Guides took part and achieved 100% result.
Sh. U.N. Khaware, Additional Commissioner & State Chief Commissioner BS&G KVS State New Delhi inaugurated the camp on 26-04-2015. Our Scouts and Guides presented March past with Guard of Honor to the Chief Guest. He appreciated the work of Scouts’, Guides’ and all Adult Leaders’ work .
Madam R. Kalavathi, DC and Divisional Commissioner was the Chief Guest for Grand Campfire and Valedictory function on 30-04-2015.
RALLY OF SCOUTS & GUIDES OF RAJYAPURASKAR CAMP FOR NEPAL EARTHQUAKE VICTIMS :
With the inspirational words from our Additional Commissioner & Scout Chief Commissioner, Sh. U N Khaware & as a part of the Rajyapuraskar Testing Camp on 29-04-2015, a Rally was organized to raise the fund for Nepal Earthquake Victims. In this Rally along with all participants, Escort teachers and all Adult leaders took part and an amount of Rs. 11,055/- was collected and handed over to our Madam R. Kalavathi, DC in the Valedictory function on 30-04-2015.
All the above programmes were planned under the supervision of our beloved Deputy Divisional Commissioner and Asst. Commissioner Sh. GSN Reddy and unforgettable cooperation of our Madam R. Kalavathi, DC & Divisional Commissioner.

Minutes of the BS&G meeting held on 26.05.2015
The Divisional Executive Committee meeting of Bharat Scouts and Guides was held at KV AFS Begumpet, Hyderabad on 26.05.2015 at 11.00 am.
Following points were discussed and decisions were taken.
1 Minutes of BS&G Divisional Executive Committee held on 02.09.2014 were confirmed.
2 New Divisional Executive Committee is formed for the year 2015-16 as per the enclosure.
3 Action plan for the year 2015-16 was approved as per the enclosure.
4 Revised rates of Annual Individual Registration fee / Affiliation fee w.e.f. 01.04.2015 circulated to all KVs (on 28.05.2015) is to be followed.
5 Core Committee constituted by Divisional Commissioner & Deputy Divisional Commissioner will decide venues and dates for various Testing Camps and Scout / Guide activities and the same will be informed to all KVs of Hyderabad Divisional from time to time.
6 Allotment of Scout-Guides Classes / activities will be looked after by the Principal of KV concerned during CCA periods;
