From Hwy # 1 East drive 5 km (3.1 miles) east (starting at Peavey Mart). Turn north (left), drive past Cindercrete Products,go across Hwy 46 and keep going till you see the RRC grounds on your left.
From McDonald St (Hwy 46). Drive 6.4 km (4 miles) past Fleet St. Turn north (left) at the Inland sign,
keep driving north till you see the RRC grounds on your left.

STAKES, FEES, START TIMES & JUDGING ASSIGNMENTS
All participants are to meet at headquarters to join the convoy to be at the test site and first dog ready to run for 8:30 am. Junior, Senior and 8:00 amMaster. All land tests will be completed before moving to water.
Order of tests will be at the judges’ discretion.

The listing fee of $8.72 must be submitted for any dog not having an individual registration number.
Reminder: For a dog to receive a CKC title/certificate the owner needs to be a CKC member or submit directly to CKC a non-member Participation Fee for tracking of titles. Please see Schedule of Fees 2017 at submit within 30 days of qualifying for a title the following form:

Running list will be available at 7:00 AM July 22nd at the Hunt Test Headquarters.
SCRATCHES: Approved scratches will forfeit $10.00 per entry. Entry fees will be refunded for bitches in
season or for injured dogs, upon receipt of a veterinarian’s certificate.
All qualifying dogs will receive a rosette
Ducks, pheasants and/or pigeons may be used in all stakes.
Release & Indemnification of Landowners
By entering this trial, each participant agrees to assume all risks and hazards incidental to participation in thetrial and agrees to release, save harmless and indemnify the owner(s) of any property upon which the trial isheld together with their officers, agents, employees and representative from all claims, actions, costs, expensesand demands in respect to death, injury, loss or damage to the person or property of the participant howsoever caused, arising out of or in connection with the participants’ use or entry upon the property. It is understood thatthis agreement is binding upon the participant, or their heirs.
No judge, club official, volunteer, or any participant at an event held under CKC rules, will be subjected toindignities of any kind. The Hunt Test Committee Chair shall promptly report to the CKC any infringement ofthis regulation and the Discipline Committee shall have the authority to take such action as it deems fit onreceipt of a report indicating that this has occurred.
ATTENTION FOREIGN EXHIBITORS
Please note that fees are due and payable in CDN dollars. Due to consistently fluctuating currency rates, discounted cheques will not be accepted. Personal cheques will be accepted, however, they are to be payable in CDN funds. If you send a cheque in US funds it must be made out for the full amount of the entry and no exchange will be refunded to the exhibitor.
Please do not mark cheques “payable in Canadian funds” or “At Par” because they will not be cleared by the banks. To simplify the process, we urge that you purchase bank drafts or money orders payable in CDN funds. Your understanding and co-operation is appreciated. Thank you.
