75th Anniversary Celebration Holiday

We are returning to Lakeside Coastal Village for this celebratory holiday. The site has had numerous improvements since our last visit.We will be holding a special event on the afternoon of Thursday 26th April.
Accommodation will be in chalets as before with various grades, twin, double and some single bedded rooms. It is important that you tell us if you have walking difficulties as the venue is a little spread out. Most accommodation is ground floor.
Husband/partners/friends would be most welcome so that where possible double accommodation may be used as it is important that we fill Lakeside.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer assistance with the pushing or manoeuvring of wheelchairs or the managing of luggage. If this help is needed it is essential you have a ‘carer’ to assist you. Financial assistance for the carer may be available via your County Chairman.
The cost includes:-
Bed, Breakfast and Evening Meal
A choice of a coach outing to either
i)Exbury Gardens and Steam Railway
ii)Beaulieu
iii)Uppark
iv)Gunwharf Quays
Entrance fees are not included in the price.
Gratuities for restaurant staff and coach drivers for trips are included.

Supreme Chalet (includes lounge) £255 per person
Registration will be from 2p.m. on Monday 23 April and Departure after Breakfast on Friday 27 April, chalets must be vacated by 10 a.m.
INSURANCE: it is important that you are covered by holiday insurance for cancellation. Girlguiding offer insurance through Unity Insurance Tel. 0345 0407704. The cost for 5 days is £10.00 for up to the age of 80. If over 80 a Medical Declaration may be required and may cost more. Please contact Unity direct.
Please ensure you have an Emergency Health Card to bring with you, if not contact your Trefoil Guild Chairman to buy one.
The attached booking form should be returned to Mrs Judy Morris, 88 Ederline Avenue, Norbury, London SW16 4SAby 30 September 2017 with a non-refundable deposit of £50 (alternatively return this form by email to and pay directly sort code 60-21-10, account no 51168251, name of account London & SE Region trefoil Guild, with reference HI initial and surname i.e. HI J Morris) Balance to be paid by 22 February 2018.
Please enclose two stamped addressed envelopessize no smaller than 4” x 9” (unless, submitting by email) one for confirmation of your booking and the other for receipt of the balance and information.
