3. WORK LOAD

3.4 Redressal of staff grievances, welfare activities.

3.5 Court cases.

3.6 Conduct of PNM,PREM informal meetings and maintenance of industrial relations

3.7 Recruitment through compassionate apptt in Gr.C & D, Scout &

Guide and Sports quota.

3.8 PRIME- The preparation of salary bills of various units is being done

at divisional level.

3.9 Timely disposal of RTI cases.

4. 3 Staff Grievance cell

a)  Staff grievance cell is functioning in this Division. One P.I. & one ministerial staff are posted to deal with the grievance cases. This grievance Cell has been equipped with grievance/suggestion box.

b)  Quarterly meeting is also held with, Sr.DPO, DPO, APOs, PIs and

OSs for monitoring progress of registered grievances.

C)  Special drive for redressel of Grievances of Running staff.

Grievances of Running staff (Loco Piolots/Guards) have been collected by deputing Pls in Running Rooms at SEE,MFP,BJU & MNE. This was an exercise through which the staff satisfaction level has greatly improved. Following is the break up of grievances collected & disposed in this exercise.

4.5 RLY WEEK CELEBRATION:
RLY WEEK CELEBRATIONS was observed in ”SANSKRITIK BHAWAN” on 13-04-12. 237 staffs, 02 officers & 08 Groups were awarded for their good & excellent working during the year 2011-2012 at Divisional level. 08 staffs of Personnel branch were given CPO award while 25 staff & 04 officers & 01 Group got GM’s award.

4.10 APKKA for quick disposal of Comp. Appt. Ceses through TWARAT and

ANOKHA.

A Special effort has been made for immediate disposal of Compassionate appointment cases. It has been decided that a special “Anukampa Adalat” will be organised quarterly. The name of this Adalat is ‘Apni Kathinai kahein’ (APKKA) 1st ‘APKKA’ Adalat was organised on 11.01.2013. During Adalat Anukampa Naukari Khata Card (ANOKHA CARD) has been distributed to each applicant in which progress of his Compassionate Appointment case is given. Apart from this a special task force named TWARAT (Twarit Anukampa Rojgar Abhiyam Team) is also constituted which includes a welfare inspector and supervisor staff from all major departments. The team is headed by an Assistant Personnel officer. A representative of recognised union is also in the team (“Twarit Anukampa Rojgar Abhiyam Team”)
4.11 “APKKA” was organised on 11.01.2013 first time in SEE divi. In which 38
cases of Comp.Appt. were discuesed

4.12 Conversion of Salary Payment, from Cash to Bank.

Salary of Aprox 2500 staffs of div. are converted to Bank Payment from Cash Payment. In order to improve the working culture of Bill section and to maintain the working strength of the employee, a total No. of 110 bill units have been marged with another existing bill units. Which is also helping in saving of paper & printing cost.
