  • In the university, I served as the member of recruitment/ screening committee, admission Committee and discipline Committee.
  • As Assistant Director Research, I assisted to Director Research to plan and prepare the research programme of urgent utility for different deptt. Of the University. Preparation of agenda notes for meetings and their press notes, supervision of farms for better management, judicious solutions of farm's labours etc.
  • As Assistant Commissioner (quality control), release and notification of varieties, seed law enforcement, seed testing and quality control, Import and export of seed, preparation of answers for parliament questions, court cases, agenda notes for meetings, correspondence with State / Central Govt. Officers etc.
  • As teacher, performed duties of invigilator, flying squad member and management of relevant things to conduct the different examinations peacefully.
  • As Liaison Officer, of the university to state and central govt., established better relations for the betterment of the university.
  • As Incharge, Central Library of CSAUA&T, Kanpur brought Digitalization, improved security, Modernization of Library Infrastructure and user-friendly facilities.
  • AsInquiry officer, conducted departmental inquiries for timely implementation of recommendation by the competent authorities and thereby helping the helpless and aggrieved.
  • AsGeneral Secretaryof the Agrivarsity Kanpur Teachers Association solved several problems of teachers of the University by way of presenting them in the right manner before the authorities and suggesting their justified solutions.
  • AsPresidentof the Agrivarsity Kanpur Teachers Association (AKTA), I tried to uplift the status of the University by way of making improvement in working culture transparent and responsible administration and positive pursuance for the solution of the grievances of the faculty members with the University and state govt. authorities.
  • Imparted trainingsto several persons working in the different fields of Seed Science & Technology like, UP State Seed certification agency, staff of the Agriculture Universities, Farm superintendents, Private Seed growers & progressive farmers.
  • Inspired, guided, and trained farmersto produce quality seed and maintain the quality of their produce during production and storage.
  • Awakened the farmersto beware of spurious seed & pesticides and use only good quality seed and pesticides for better yield and quality of their produce through Farmers fairs, Kisangosthies, personal talks, telephone talks, news papers, magazines etc.
