First and foremost I hope and trust you are well!?

There is a coaching project that I’m submitting a proposal for, which intervention requires assessments to be carried out, followed on by a one year coaching intervention. I hereby invite you to send me your coaching profile to possibly be included as a member on the coaching panel, potentially to be matched up for one-on-one coaching on a one year coaching project.

At present the project involves up to five individuals in the company, which company is internationally based (also based in Johannesburg and Cape Town – Some of the coaching will take place in JHB and some in Capet Town) and specializes in head hunting (It is an Executive Search business). The individuals in question are all senior members of the business, all highly successful, and all head hunters.

The fee payable to coaches per one and a half hour session will be R1950-00. Two sessions will take place in month one and two, with one session per month thereafter for up to one year.

The managing partner, inclusive of the second partner, would like to carry out a coaching intervention for the individuals in question, focusing on the following (amongst others): -

·  Assessing their cognitive capability;

·  Building their interpersonal skills;

·  Raise their game as defined by the managing partner, the individuals themselves, and the coach;

·  Expand their self knowledge / awareness, and be coached on this, and on the outcomes / development areas highlighted in the assessments;

·  Raise their emotional intelligence;

·  Raise their confidence levels;

·  Identify career opportunities and prospects, related goals and actions, and develop a plan to realise these;

·  Identify and realise their potential;

·  Develop skills and techniques to leverage on business relationships.

In summary - The intervention will be an up-skilling developmental coaching intervention, with a number of assessments being used to identify development areas, inclusive of development areas emanating from the individual, the individuals’ manager, the businesses, coaching goals for the individual, and the business strategy goals.

The following assessments will be drawn into the coaching intervention to inform the process.

·  Emotional Intelligence (BarOn EQi;

·  360 Assessment;

·  CPP – Cognitive Process Profile.

If you definitely want to be considered to be added to the coaches to be matched to the clients, have a minimum of five years senior leadership and executive coaching behind you, have at least a one year recognized coaching certification (E.G. University of Cape Town / University of Stellenbosch / WITS University), are a member of COMENSA and or the ICF, have or are able to obtain written testimonials to include in your coaching profile, are comfortable to supply your coaching profile in the attached format,are comfortable to ONLY represent The (W)Right Coaching CC in ALL your dealings with the client while on the coaching contract, are comfortable not to solicit personal business (for yourself and or others) with the clientwhile on the coaching contract, AND for a period of twelve months after the coaching contract is completed, then please e-mail me your coaching profile using the attached template, by NO LATER than twelve o’clock tomorrow (Tuesday 18 September 2012). It is essential that you include a quality head and shoulders photo of yourself in your reply.
