MRS. JEANETTE ROBINSON ALLEN
Mrs. Jeanette Robinson Allen is first and foremost characterized as a servant of God. She is a gifted writer, speaker, teacher, and preacher, but her greatest attribute is the fact that she is an “encourager” who knows how to speak words of encouragement to everybody. She also has a special anointing in training women how to become champions for Christ. Mrs. Allen currently hosts the weekly television program “Joy in Our Town,” which can be seen on KETH-TV in Houston, and has monthly articles featured in Better News newspaper.
Mrs. Allen was born and reared in Houston, TX. After high school, she attended Texas Southern University and later worked in the field of medicine. She is a 1991 graduate of RhemaBibleSchool, having successfully completed a three-year correspondence course. After preaching and teaching for a number of years, she was ordained in 1992. She is the wife of Dr. Earl E. Allen, who is the founder of MIRACLELAND®Church in Houston, Texas, which is widely known as The DivineHealingCenter. She and her husband are the parents of five children.
Presently, Dr. & Mrs. Allen’s ministry emphasis is on the Holy Spirit. The Houston Outpouring of the Holy Spirit is held every Sunday evening. In this service, they teach who the Holy Spirit is, how to be led by the Holy Spirit, the importance of developing an intimate relationship with Him, how to receive an impartation and infilling of His presence every day, and much, much more.
Mrs. Allen has authored the following books: Christian Etiquette for the Body of Christ Today, which covers areas such as: How Christians should conduct themselves in worship services; how to conduct yourself at a funeral; how to dress appropriately for the occasion, and much, much more; God’s Seasons for Women, which realistically shares the benefits and consequences that women experience during each season of life: Single, Married, Widowed, Motherhood, and Older Women; Once Bitter, Now Blessed!, which chronicles the life of her husband. This tell-all book reveals how he allowed himself to become bitter, the destructiveness of bitterness in his life, and the path that set him free. It also contains documented accounts about Dr. Allen’s involvement in the Civil Rights Movement, which are located in the public libraries in both Dallas & Houston, Texas; Words of Encouragement, is a tool for daily devotionals that will help prepare you to motivate and inspire others. You will learn how to speak words of encouragement to everyone;Brokenness: My Missing Ingredient, shares Jeanette’s personal experience in overcoming pride, anger, stubbornness, and selfishness in her attitude, choices, and reputation even after she was born-again. Brokenness is the process that resulted in her ability to consistently allow God’s will to become her will;Becoming Wonderfully Changed and Rearranged is the sequel to Brokenness: My Missing Ingredient. In it she shares the benefits that are experienced when you no longer resist changing your choices, attitude, and reputation, and how humility will result in your life becoming wonderfully changed and rearranged; Wisdom in Eating,is written for people who want to lose or maintain their weight but don’t want to stop eating. With desire, determination, self-discipline, and motivation, you can succeed in obtaining and maintaining your desired weight.
