PLANS FOR FULL REMODEL OF THE BELVEDERE RESTAURANT
The luxury hotel will close the AAA Five Diamond restaurant to undergo an extensive refurbishment and reopen with a completely reimagined design and menu
The Peninsula Beverly Hills announced today a complete remodel of its fine dining restaurant, The Belvedere. Closing on September 8, 2015, the iconic property will reopen the award-winning restaurant in January 2016, unveiling striking new interiors, an expanded outdoor terrace and full transformation of its menu.
A defining feature of the new Belvedere will be the outdoor dining experience, which will account for nearly half of the restaurant’s space. Water and fire features combined with lush, leafy foliage will create the ambiance of an urban garden in the heart of Beverly Hills. Under the direction of Executive Chef David Codney, The Belvedere’s creative New American menu will see the introduction of Mediterranean-inspired cuisine with a heavy emphasis on seafood.

The hotel’s al fresco Roof Garden and timeless Club Bar will be operating as usual during the three-month project.
