* SFS Incentive Policy: When franchisors give additional cash incentives, those are split as normal with the SFS program. Incentives such as trips, are given to the office owner to decide on how to handle at that office owner's discretion, including whether or not to share that award with the office owner's franchise specialist. In the event an office does not have a dedicated franchise specialist, AND is sharing with another office, AND a single office's referrals does not qualify for a trip on their own, this is the policy: In the event that a franchise specialist is working with multiple Sunbelt offices, and the number of sales in the incentive requires more than one office's sales to be involved, the cash incentive garnered will be pro-rated as normal. In the event there are incentives that cannot be split on a pro-rata basis, such as 3 sales = 1 trip, SFS will award that trip at its discretion on a case by case basis.
