4-Responsibility :
1-Issue quality policy- quality manual-quality procedures
2-Review quality procedure and work instructions and control its distribution
3-Monitor and control(quality policy-quality manual-quality objectives-quality procedures)
4-Review documents defined in qp-01 before disposing at the end of maintaining period
5-Prepare job description of ace key personnel indicated in the organization structure; prepare and maintain the plan and time schedule for internal audit
6-Assign audit team
7-Notify auditors and audit about auditing date
8-Arrange the follow up for implementation of agreed actions
9-Report the findings of the quality audits to QMR
10-Prepare management review meeting and record it
11-Follow up the implementation of management review meeting agreed actions
12-Send a customer complaints form to the client upon contract awarded
13-Receive ; report and evaluate NCR’s results from customer complaints
14-Determine the necessary corrective actions and follow up its implementation.
15-Inform the customer about action taken with letter signed by QMR
16-Send a copy of complaints and replies to PM; HBD.
17-Review and validate the quality objectives with QMR
18-Follow up all departments quality objectives
19-Receive a copy of master lists for proposals and contracts and master list for project managers from financial department
20-Receive data from applying quality procedures and quality plans
21-Maintain all records as quality records

6-Qualifications:
6-1 Education :
  • Minimum a High Degree In Engineering (B.Sc.)
  • Special Courses in quality management and internal audit.

6-2 Experiences :
  • minimum 5 years working in ACE Office
  • minimum 3 years in management Field in ACE Office

6-3 Training :
  • Training Courses in quality Management & internal Audit by authorized trainer.

6-4 Skills :
Management Skills ; Communication Skills; Language Skills(English is a must);Computer Skills(Office XP package-management and control programs-engineering programs)

  11. Evaluate the Effectiveness of Training and Improvement Actions(QF-11-07)
  12. Issue Job Description Card(QF-11-01) & Define Required Competency & Responsibilities
