Ø PRICE OF RECOVERED CONTRABAND IN INTERNATIONAL MARKET IS APPROXIMATELY RS.25 LACS.
INTRODUCTION:-
On a tip off, a team of officers of Narcotics Cell, Crime Branch led by Inspr Vivek Pathak and comprising of SI Sunil Jain, HCs Om Parkash, Yogesh Mukesh under the supervision of ACP Zile Singh and overall guidance of DCP Bhisham Singh swung into action. Acting swiftly, the team apprehended one person involved in trafficking of drugs and has recovered 5 kg of fine quality Opium. The recovered contraband is worth Rs.25 lacs (approximately) in the international market.
INFORMATION AND OPERATION:-
On 06.12.2013, information was received by SI Sunil Jain that one Dinesh Meghwal, a resident of Shyamgarh, Mandsaur, Madhya Pradesh is indulging in the sale and supply of Opium in Delhi after receiving the same from Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh and would be coming near Sulabh Toilet, Palam-Dabri Road, Mahavir Enclave, New Delhi to deliver a consignment of Opium to one of his contacts. A trap was laid there and one person namely Dinesh Meghwal (age 25 years) s/o Wardha Meghwal r/o Village Agar, PO Barkhera Nayak, PS & Tehsil Shyamgarh, Distt. Mandsaur, Madhya Pardesh was apprehended and 5 kg of fine quality Opium was recovered from his possession. A case FIR No.200/13 dated 07.12.2013 u/s 18 of NDPS Act has been registered at PS Crime Branch.
INTERROGATION AND PROFILE:-
Dinesh Meghwal was subjected to intensive interrogation. During interrogation, it was revealed that he is unmarried and has studied up to 6th standard. His father is a farmer by profession. They are one brother and two sisters. His father’s income from farming was not enough to fulfil his expenses and hence, to earn quick and easy money, he started supply of illicit Opium. It was further revealed that he used to procure illicit Opium from one Gopal @ Gokul Singh of Mandsaur, Madhya Pradesh.
Further investigation of the case is in progress.

INTRODUCTION AND TEAM:-
On a tip-off, a team of officers of AATS, Crime Branch, Delhi Policeled by Inspr Arun Chauhan and comprising of HCs Tejveer, Deepak, Cts Mohan, Deepak, Ajay, Neeraj, Sudhir under the close supervision of ACP Om Prakash Singh and overall guidance of DCP Bhisham Singh has arrested an auto lifter Rahisuddin @ Toni (declared PO by the Court).
INPUT AND OPERATION:-
On 06.12.2013, information was received that an auto lifter namely Rahisuddin @ Toni would come near Nand Nagri Bus Depot, Delhi. Immediately, a team led by Inspr Arun Chauhan and comprising of HCs Tejveer, Deepak, Cts Mohan, Deepak, Ajay, Neeraj, Sudhir was constituted and a raid was conducted near Nand Nagri Bus Depot, Delhi and apprehended an auto lifter namely Rahisuddin @ Toni (age 29 years) s/o Rafiq r/o Peer Wali Gali, Loni, Ghaziabad, UP. He is found to be an active auto lifter in the area of North-East District having three previous involvements and Proclaimed Offender, declared by the Hon’ble court of Ms.Susheel Bala Dagar, MM, Karkardooma Courts in case FIR No.346/10 u/s 307 IPC & 25 Arms Act, PS Jyoti Nagar, Delhi.

PROFILE:-
Rahisuddin @ Toni (age 29 years) s/o Rafiq r/o Peer Wali Gali, Loni, Ghaziabad, UP was put to sustain interrogation. During interrogation, it was revealed that he was born in 1983 at Allahabad, UP. They are two brothers and eight sisters. His father used to do the business of sale-purchase of Buffalos. After the death of his father, his family shifted to Loni, Ghaziabad, UP. He was married in the year of 2006 but as his wife was a TB patient, he took the divorce in the same year. Initially, he started his career as a bus conductor, but due to bad company, he started committing crime. It was further revealed that he did not appear after releasing on bail in case FIR No.346/10 u/s 307 IPC & 25 Arms Act, Jyoti Nagar, Delhi.

Ø 2 NOTORIUS MURDERERS INVOLVED IN A SHOOT OUT AT MEERUT IN NOVEMBER 2013, WHO WERE POSSING THEMSELVS AS JYOTICIES, ARRESTED BY POLICE OF PS BADARPUR.
Ø ONE OF THEM (NAZAKAT @ PAPPU) IS AN EX NIGAM PARSHAD OF WARD NO. 69 MEERUT, EX BUREAU CHIEF OF NEWS CHANNEL “AZAD NEWS” AND “NEW-ONE”, EX VICE CHAIRMEN OF DISTRICT CO-OPERATIVE BANK, MEERUT.
Ø NAZAKAT @ PAPPU HAD BEEN A TOP CLASS ATHLETE OF MEERUT IN YEAR 2000.
With the arrest of two notorious murderers namely (1) Nazakat Ali @ Pappu @ Acharya Pandit Rajiv Sharma S/o Sharafat Ali R/o 269/1, Raseed Nagar, Lisari Road, Meerut (U.P.) Age-30 yrs (2) Mehraj S/o Hakimuddin R/o 6, Shakoor Nagar, Meerut (U.P.), Age-32 yrs a team comprising of Insp. Raj Kumar Atri (Insp. Invetigation), SI Amit Kumar, HC Vinod Kumar, HC Joginder Singh, HC Vikas Solanki and Ct. Sonu, under the leadership of Insp. Akhileshwar Yadav SHO/Badarpur, and over all supervision of Sh. V. K. Nayyer ACP/Sarita Vihar, have arrested two of the absconding accused persons who were involved in shoot out at Meerut that caused Murder of a youth namely Bilal a resident of Distt. Mujjafar Nagar.
INCIDENT:
On 06/12/2013 SI Amit Kumar received some credible information that two murderers who were involved in murder of one Bilal in a shoot out at Meerut in November 2013, would come between 3:40-4:40 PM from Sarita Vihar side in a Mahindra Scorpio bearing No UP-15-AM-6964. The information was told to SHO/Badarpur, who directed him to take immediate n/a. Insp. Raj Kumar Atri (Insp. Investigation) was also informed to reach at Aali Picket on Mathura Road to lead from the front. On this SI Amit Kumar shared the information with the team members. After that he laid a trap at Aali Picket on Mathura Road and started checking vehicles especially Mahindra Scorpios. As per the information and indication of the informer, at about 4:30 PM, the targeted vehicle Mahindra Scorpio white bearing No. UP-15-AM-6964, which was coming from Sarita Vihar side, was stopped with the help of Barricades at Ali Picket. On that both persons sitting in the same vehicle stopped their vehicle at the place pointed out and got down from the vehicle. After that both were questioned there name address. On that driver of the vehicle told his name as Mehraj S/o Hakimuddin R/o 6, Shakoor Nagar, Meerut (U.P.), Age-32 yrs, but the second person introduced himself as Acharya Pandit Rajiv Sharma. When he was questioned about his real name Nazakat Ali @ Pappu and Murder of Bilal at Meerut he tried to flee from the point, but with the brave and courageous efforts of HC Vikas and Ct. Sonu he could not manage to escape and overpowered by the Police Party after running a few steps. On enquiry the name and addresses of both persons found as (1) Nazakat Ali @ Pappu @ Acharya Pandit Rajiv Sharma S/o Sharafat Ali R/o 269/1, Raseed Nagar, Lisari Road, Meerut (U.P.) Age-30 yrs (2) Mehraj S/o Hakimuddin R/o 6, Shakoor Nagar, Meerut (U.P.), Age-32 yrs. Both of them were asked for reason of their efforts to escape from the checking point but both of them tried to mislead the Police Party for a long time. But in the end both of them broke down in the cross questioning and disclosed their involvement with 8 other associates in a pre-planned murder case caused by shoot out at Meerut. Later on the Brahampuri Police Station, Meerut contacted and found that in this connection a case vide Case FIR No. 525/13, U/s 147/148/149/302 IPC PS Brahampuri, Meerut (UP) has already been registered. So, both of them were arrested vide DD No. 37A, Dated 06/12/13, U/s 41.1(a) Cr.P.C. PS Badarpur, New Delhi.
INTERROGATION:
During interrogation accused Nazakat Ali @ Pappu @ Acharya Pandit Rajiv Sharma disclosed that he is a Graduate from Sridhar University, Distt: Jhunjhunu (Rajasthan). In the year 2000 he had been a top class athlete of Meerut. After that in year 2007 he joined “News One” Channel as Bureau Chief for Western U.P. Later on in 2008 he was elected as “Nigam Parshad” of ward No. 69 (Meerut U.P.) on the ticket of BSP. In 2009, he joined District Co-operative Bank Meerut as Vice-Chairmen and “Azad News” Channel as Bureau Chief. During that time he met to Bilal and since then Bilal worked with him. During that course of time he along with his associate Bilal used to pose as Jyotish Acharya, residing at different places for 3-4 months, in U.P., and after cheating the people they used to run away from the spot. Some dispute occurred for distribution of money between them. Then he along-with his associates namely Mehraj, Barkat, Khilafat, Hanif, Hasin, Nadim, Azad, Wasim, and Shaffaqat planned to kill Bilal. On 28/11/13 Nazakat @ Pappu @ Acharya Pandit Rajiv Sharma, shot Bilal due to which Bilal got expired. After that he along with Mehraj was living at 15/115, Vasundhara, Ghaziabad (U.P.) as Acharya Pandit Rajiv Sharma, to conceal his identity. On 06-12-13 when they were going to Faridabad after a narrow escape from UP Police at their residence at Vasundhara, Ghaziabad, they got apprehended and arrested by Police of PS Badarpur.
