Please note this form is a request for practice only.
Practice will be allocated on a first come, first served basis (taking into account the number of entries per Member Association, arrival date and time, match schedule, and Team Manager preferences), and requests should be made using the form below. Although every effort will be made to meet requirements, we cannot guarantee to accommodate all requests.
Allocations up to and including Tuesday 13th March 2018 will be confirmed prior to the Championships, and will be available through your TLO upon arrival in Birmingham, on notice boards at selected accommodation, or by contacting the Practice Team. It is the responsibility of the Team Manager to check the allocations provided.
