AVL Nightly CM Extract

AVL Nightly CM Extract Rules:
•Rule 1–the CM must be set up in order to receive the AVL, DCF and have an user ID on ESI
• Rule 2 – the CM must send the AVL update request to: every time whenthere’s a new part number being requested, along with the reason why the part is needed.

•Rule 3–the eXplore PN information must be set correctly before the CM gets the AVL on ESI
