Personal Statement

Having worked in several countries and across varying cultures, not only at the factory level in both India and China, but at corporate and executive levels within Europe; I have become a receptive and understanding person when sharing between cultures.

I believe thathonesty andintegrity as qualities are both extremely important attributes, to which I firmly stand by and possess. Taking team beliefs, and with the greatest of my ability, I always act with best interests in mind.

With good general knowledge and years of Administration and Management experience, I have confidence in my problem and conflict resolution capabilities - having a sound knowledge of the governing laws and policies in relation to Hong Kong, Mainland China, as well as Europe - any project or task at hand, is an exciting challenge.

To state that one is a 'team player', is to say that one is there when one is most needed. Playing the dual role of both worker andfather, I always ensure that I am both there, and too lead by example, striving, always the last one, andstanding with others.

In Partney, I changed a French management company, to a HK main office and moved it to Main land China daily operation.
Trained people how to make toys inspection, developed an international on-line office support. And from a toy trading company into a full-fledged branded toy company, with Suzy la Souris, Mac-farm. That we developed our own molds in China.
