Organic High-Welfare& Grass-Fed Meat

We produce organic pork and bacon from our Saddleback x Large White pigs here on the farm, raised in small groups. They are kept in spacious pens, either on grass or in woodland; and, along with organically certifiedgrain, the pigs consume large quantities of ourwaste fruit and veggies to keep them healthy and happy.

Our pasture-fed beef is produced from traditional Sussex and South Devon steers and heifers, grazing permanent species-rich pastures all year round in our fields; topped up during the winter months with silage and hay produced on the farm. We also buy in organic lamb, turkey and chicken from local certified organic farms with similar high welfare standards; organic standards are the highest when it comes to animal welfare, so you know you are buying qualityand well-looked-after produce.
