Mary Andrus

BA, RN, CIC is an Infection Preventionist Consultant and President of Surveillance Solutions Worldwide, Inc.; was a nurse epidemiologist in the Surveillance Branch in the Division of Healthcare Quality Promotion (DHQP) at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC):has been a member of APIC since 1993 which she has served in several capacities from the local level to the national level; author of a chapter on surveillance in Bennett and Brachman’s Hospital Infections text and is the co-author on several journal articles.

Leigh Hardy

BSN, MSN is Joint Commission Resources’ Continuous Service Readiness (CSR) Program consultant for Alabama the past 3 years. She has had over 29 years experience as a healthcare executive; she received her BSN from UAB and MSN from Troy University.

Skip Nolan

BA in Zoology & Chemistry from the University of Mississippi in 1978; MD from University of Mississippi School of Medicine in 1982; Professor of Medicine and Interim Director in the Division of Infectious Disease at UMMC; Associate Director for the Department of Medicine for the University of MS School of Medicine.

Mary Currier

MD from University MS Medical Center in 1983 and Master’s in Public Health in 1987; presently is the State Epidemiologist at the Mississippi State Department of Health.
