MPI-CAC Awards Application

Kathy Osterman Industry Award

Congratulations! You have been nominated for either theMPI-CAC Kathy Osterman Industry Award. This award recognizes a seasoned hospitality industry professional that has brought a heartfelt passion to their business and community. This person has contributed greatly to the public’s awareness of our profession and/or chapter. He or she should be a recognized leader within the hospitality industry or influential in the community at large. This award honors, Kathy Osterman,a dynamic public servant who made significant contribution to the meetings and hospitality industry in Chicago,who served many years in the Mayor’s Office of Special Events.

Awards will be presented at the MPI-CAC Annual Awards Recognition Gala in Chicago this summer. Information regarding the location and date of the gala will be announced at a later date.


To be considered for this award, the Awards Selection committee requires you submit a complete application. Please address each question and submit your Nominee Information Form by Friday, April 1, 2016. Good luck!
