Race1 (fun run) starts across a grassy area and turns left when it reaches a forest road. After a short distance, it turns right, climbing up a small path to reach another forest road. It descends along this road, crosses a burn at a footbridge, follows a small path to the next footbridge and to rejoin the forest road. It finishes back along the forest road and across the grassy area.

Races 2 and 3 (U15 Girls, U15 Boys, U17 Girls) startalong a gently-climbing forest road (to point A) followed by a steep climb on a major path (to point B). There is then another section on a gently climbing forest road, followed by a steep climb on a minor path (to point C). A short descending section of forest road (to point D) is followed by a steep climb on a minor path to point E. Descend on forest roads (to points H, J and B), and return from point B to finish by following route from start in reverse.

Race 4 (U20 Girls, U17 Boys)same start as Races 2 and 3 to point E, then climb to top of hill (point G) on forest road and return to point E. From point E, follow same route as Races 2 and 3 back to finish.
