Day Services: Program Manager 1
o Full-time. responsible for operation of assigned areas, including supervision of personnel and program management
o Responsible to assist the Program Specialist position in their responsibilities for Aging (chapter 11), Vocational (chapter 2390) and Adult Training Facility (chapter 2380) regulations to include overall operation and management of assigned programs
o At least 3 years of experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities is required
o High school degree is required
o Must possess a valid driver’s license and at least 3 years of good driving experience with your license, and must meet our driver eligibility criteria (listed on the application)
o $12.80/hr to start
Day Services: Full-time Job Coach
o Full-time position (37.5 hrs/wk), Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm w/ ½ hour lunch break
o Working directly with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
o High school diploma or GED required
o Must possess a valid driver’s license and at least 3 years of good driving experience with your license, and must meet our driver eligibility criteria (listed on the application)

o Developing job positions and providing necessary supports to ensure success as a member of the competitive workforce
o High school diploma or GED required, or 30 credit hours from an accredited college or university
o One year of experience in industry or rehabilitation
o Must possess a valid driver’s license and at least 3 years of good driving experience with your license, and must meet our driver eligibility criteria (listed on the application)
o $12.30 to $13.05/hr
Human Resources: Onboarding Coordinator
o Full-time position in the Human Resources Dept.
o Major functions include staff recruitment, new hire orientation, and program specific training
o One of the following is required:
q Bachelor’s Degree in a human service or education field OR
q Associates Degree in a human service or education field and two years of experience OR
q A high school diploma with a minimum of four years previous experience either working with individuals with disabilities, or teaching, or training.
o Must possess a valid driver’s license and at least 3 years of good driving experience with your license, and must meet our driver eligibility criteria (listed on the application)
o Hourly position; includes evening hours
o $14.05/hr - $14.80/hr
