DIRECTIVES / INVITATION

Dear President,

The FIG has assigned the organisation of the Trampoline World Cup Competition to the Czech Gymnastics Federation. We are pleased to provide you with the following invitation and information.

Date : Friday and Saturday, September 2003, 5th-6th.

Venue : Sports Hall Slavia, Vladivostocká 1460/10, Praha 10 - Vršovice, Czech Republic.

Participation : Competitors from the FIG affiliated federations in good standing may participate.

Competitions : Trampoline Individual (TRI) & Trampoline Synchro (TRS), men and women.

Provisional Schedule :

Thursday, September 4th

all day arrival of delegations

Friday, September 5th

09.00 – 14.00 training per schedule

16.00 – 18.00 warm-up and qualifying round TRS

Saturday, September 6th

09.00 – 11.00 free training

11.00 – 13.30 warm-up and qualifying round TRI

16.00 – 18.00 finals TRI and TRS

20.00 – 01.00 banquet

Sunday, September 7th

all day departure of delegations.

Regulations :

FIG Technical Regulations 2002, FIG Trampoline Code of Points 2001, FIG Requirements for World / Continental Championships 2001-2004, FIG Rules for the Trampoline & Tumbling World Cup Competitions 2003. The finals will not be conducted as a „knock-out“ competition.

Delegations : the maximum number of participants :

TRI 4 males + 4 females

TRS 2 male pairs + 2 female pairs

Each delegation must bring their National Flag and Anthem.

Equipment : Eurotramp 4 x 6 mm.

Judges :

All participating nations must provide at least one judge with a valid FIG brevet. Failure to do so will result in a fine of 2‘500,- CHF to be paid to the Organising Committee.

Insurance :

The Organising Committee, the Czech Gymnastics Federation and FIG cannot be held responsible for any liabilities in case of accidents and the like. Therefore, all competitors and officials must make their own arrangements as to insurance.

Entry Fees :

The entry fee is 100,- EUR for each competitor. Entry fees are non-refundable in the case of cancellation.

Prices : in Single Room 100,- EUR per person per night

All prices include breakfast, lunch and dinner / banquet and transport from / to the Prague airport / railway station and shuttle transport hotels - competition venue. The meals will be served from the dinner on Thursday till the breakfast on Sunday. The accommodation subject to the cancellation fees.

Payment of Accommodation and Entry Fees :

Entry fees and prepayment of 50 % of accommodation must be paid on or before June 2003, 5th to the bank account :

The Organising Committee will provide the transportation from / to the Praha airport / railway station and to / from the competition venue for all those who have booked their accommodation through the Organising Committee and have advised their arrival and departure schedule with the Nominative Entry.

Prize money :

The Organising Committee offers CHF 3‘000,- total prize money for the top competitors in Individual and pairs in Synchronised Trampoline Competitions :

Individual (per discipline) -

1st place 300,- CHF, 2nd place 200,- CHF, 3rd place 100,- CHF

Synchronised (per discipline) -

1st place 400,- CHF, 2nd place 300,- CHF, 3rd place 200,- CHF.

For Synchronised Trampoline, each person will receive one-half of the designated prize money.

The FIG has sanctioned the 31st International Trampoline Competition of Friendship 2003 – Youth Trampoline Olympic Hopefuls Competition. We are pleased to provide you with the following invitation and information.

Date : Friday September 2003, 5th.

Venue : Sports Hall Slavia, Vladivostocká 1460/10, Praha 10 - Vršovice, Czech Republic.

Participation : Youth competitors born 1986-1991 from the FIG affiliated federations in good standing may participate.

Competitions : Trampoline Individual (TRI), boys and girls.
