Since last year we getting more and more calls from our exhibitors and public, so this year we decided to let everyone know early about Diwali Shopping Festival at Harrow Leisure Centre.
Same as every year we have devised a structured marketing campaign that will attract media attention from radio – television – Internet and press. Star plus support will help create the publicity and in turn will have great public demand at the event. We have even devised strategic poster campaigns and hundreds of leaflet drops throughout the London and surrounding regions. This will give you great opportunity to market/sell your products. We are planning to have large companies to promote the show which, means more people at the shopping and visiting the show.
Once again meet your favorite TV stars, this year it's even bigger and more exciting then previous year, we have great Bollywood music, fantastic dancers, live shows and fabulous artist from your favorite television serial and much more!!!!

EXHIBITOR BOOKING FORM
TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Exhibitor may not sub-license, assign or transfer or in any other manner make over to any other exhibitor or third party the whole or any part of the stand/space allocation.
- Exhibits must be positioned in such a manner that as no time will intrude into the gangway to hazard visitors and fellow exhibitors.
- Any cancellations less than 4 weeks prior to exhibition – fees are non refundable
- The cleaning within the exhibitor stand/space will remain the responsibility of the exhibitor
- Stands/space will not be reserved without a completion of the exhibitor form. Full payment is required by 1st of October 2009.
- If payment not reached in time no guarantee for a stand/space on the day.
- All exhibitors are responsible for their own insurance cover
- Any persons showing threatening behavior will be notified to the police and immediate termination of the contact of hire with no refunds.
- If for any reason there is a heavy rain or badweatherand if there are less people we will not be responsible nor any refund will be given.
- Under nocircumstancesany exhibitorswill be allowed to mix food items with the clothing. No mixing allowed at all.
- Stand/space will be allocated nearer the event date.
- Diwali shopping festival 2009 at Harrow will not take any liability of damage, loss or theft of personal belongings.
