Worked directly with VCA's executive team to manage development and oversee the aggressive expansion for Vein Clinics of America across the United States.

Duties included:

  • Contract and lease procurement, permitting and scheduling
  • Financial control, Investment and value engineering
  • Administer and oversee projects in all phases
  • Controlling contractors and trade agreements from initial construction phase through finishing phases

Chicago’s #1 contractor for underground piping, water works, underground and above ground plumbing, concrete, and coring. Our projects ranged from city infrastructure contracts to commercial high rise buildings.

Duties included:

  • Taking over projects from estimating and value engineering materials and processes
  • Working with underground pipelines from sewage to commercial buildings

  • Conducting open plan reviews with clients and architects, contractors, and engineers regarding proposed projects for construction
  • Consultation for contractors and property owners regarding proposed projects in compliance with city codes and regulations
  • Reviewing all contractors’ licenses and bonds, reviewing permit applications, and issuing building permits.

  • Drafted new designs and layouts for a variety of clients using AutoCAD
  • Produced detailed layouts with engineers; and redline drawings for final plans
