4. Payment shall be made within 45 days from the delivery of goods in good and acceptable condition. Payment will be made Subject to availability of GST credit.
5. Gross rate quoted should not exceed MRP. Please indicate MRP of product in quotation.
6. Please Indicate the validity of quotation. The validation of quotation must be at least 3 months from the due date of enquiry
7. Quotation should mention make, brand, delivery period etc.
8. For detail specification/sample please contact the user department.
9. Vendor to attach fresh authorization letter along with quotation from manufacturer. If the supplier is Dealer or Agent of the firm and also indicate shelf life of product.
10. Defective material to be replaced by the vendor immediately at no cost to ACTREC.
11. Please mention warranty, AMC /CMC
12. Material should be delivered at Surgical Stores
13. Up to Rs.15,000/- signed quotation will be accepted by e-mail, fax or courier.
14. Above Rs.15,000/- signed quotation will be accepted by hard copy only, received in sealed envelope.
15. Signed quotation / offer of any item which is proprietary in nature will accepted by e-mail, fax or courier
