FIERA DI VICENZA S.p.A. DECLARES SIXTH CONSECUTIVE YEAR OF PROFIT,

EARNINGS UP 14.5% AND EBITDA UP 19.7%

Shareholders approvethe 2015 financial statements and appointment of the new board of directors. Net profits in 2015 surpassed 1 million euros and turnover equalled 36.8 million euros.

Vicenza, 9 May 2016 – The Shareholders’ Meeting of Fiera di Vicenza S.p.A. has todayapprovedthe financial statementsfor the year ended December 31,2015, with the company reporting anet profit of 1,024,459 euros, representing an increase of 14.5%on the amount registered in 2014. Total turnover equalled36.8 million euros.

Gross operating profit (EBITDA) increased by 2,030,286 euros, when compared to the previous financial period, reaching 7,252,376 euros, corresponding to 19.7% of turnover.

Fiera di Vicenza’s excellentbusinessperformance, which was underscored by a continuing growthtrendfor the sixth consecutive year, is in stark contrast to the rest of the the rest of the Italian trade fair market. This can be attributed variousprojects completed during 2015, both nationally and internationally, together with a particularly efficient management programme.Notable was a newstrategicframeworkfor Jewellery Events, together with the innovativeand ground-breaking trade fair format, VICENZAORO The Boutique Show, the development of theLifestyle & Innovation events and the activities of the Conference Centre.

Turnover for the Jewellery Events was about 23.8 million euros, representing an increase of 11.5%, despite absence of VICENZAORO Spring, following a reshuffle ofthe gold and jewellery trade events calendar by the company, which in 2015 included theVICENZAORO January and VICENZAORO September shows in Vicenza, as well as the presence of the VICENZAORO brand at shows in Las Vegas and Mumbai. To this was addedVICENZAORO Dubai, which is new event organised by Fiera di Vicenza and the Dubai World Trade Centre, under the umbrella ofDV Global Link, a joint venture between the two parties.

The new framework for Jewellery Events is part of a coordinated plan for the Italian gold and jewellery trade fair calendar, supported by the Ministry for Economic Development.

The share of total turnoverby theLifestyle & Innovation Eventsincreased from 18% in 2014 to 22% in 2015, reaching around 6.8 million euros. In this area, Fiera di Vicenza directly organised 14 events for different important Made in Italysectors, including: technology for the gold industry; hunting, sports and civilian weapons; angling; outdoor activities; creative crafting; building, furnishings and interior design; tourism for all; fashion makers and fashion accessories;the medical and pharmaceutical sectors, cars, motorbikes and bicycles;and the construction and maintenance ofreligious places of worship.

Fiera di Vicenza is also an expert interlocutor when it comes to conferences and conventions,which is a role that has been reinforced thanks to the massive redevelopment ofitsexhibition centre.

In 2015 the Conference Centre hosted 58 national and international events, recording a growth in turnover of 16%.

In consideration of new development projects envisaged by Fiera di Vicenza in itsbusinessplan, the Shareholders' Meeting approved the Board of Directors' proposal to allocate 51,223 euros worth of profit to the legal reserve and 973,236 eurosto the extraordinary reserve.

2015 was the concludingterm for the outgoingBoard of Directors chaired by Matteo Marzotto. Looking back, Mr Marzottostated: “During these past two years, the company has initiated and completed a series of innovative and strategic projects, confirming its role as a modern and global exhibition organiser, which is able to offer exhibitors and visitors an ever-increasing range of added value services, as well as being a driving force in the growth and internationalisation of businesses and the region. In 2015 in particular, Fiera di Vicenza consolidated and strengthened the growth trend that has been so much a part of the management over the past few years, positioning itself at the top of the Italian trade fair sector in terms of income, and implementing the most important, strategic projects in itsbusinessplan. I would like to thank all of the members of the Board for a job well done, and that also applies to the entire team at Fiera di Vicenza. These past two years have been an important stage in the growth and strengthening of Fiera di Vicenza’s international profile, which have prepared it, I believe, for an important future.”

TheFiera di VicenzaShareholders’ meetingtodayappointed a new BoardofDirectors for the company. Its members include: Ester Furlan and Ida Grimaldi, for Vicenza City Council; Matteo Marzotto and Claudia Domizia Perucca Orfei, for the Vicenza Chamber of Commerce; Maura Cipolla and Luigi Dalla Via, for the Province of Vicenza;and Sebastiano Basso,representing the trade association shareholders and Banca Popolare di Vicenza.

In 2015,with its team of 91 employees, Fiera di Vicenza directly organised 17 international and national events in the Jewellery and Lifestyle & Innovation sectors. It hosted an additional7 eventsthat were organised by third parties in its Congress Centre and Pavilions,as well as58conventions, assemblies, meetings, seminars and assorted events. Its Jewellery showsfeatured more than5,200exhibitors from the Italian manufacturing districts and about 60 foreign countries, and were visited by 37,000buyers from 130 countries. More than 550,000 people attended events organised by Fiera di Vicenza in 2015.
