You don't need to be connected to the Internet to use this CD or access the software included. It is completely self-contained, but we have provided links to Web sites where useful for those users with Internet connections.

Before using this CD

Please read the following Terms of Use. If you agree with the terms you may continue to use the CD and this use will constitute your acceptance of the conditions of use stated here. If you do not agree with all of the terms you may not continue to use the CD and you should return the CD.

Before installing any software from the CD

You should virus check the CD using a virus scanner complete with the latest anti-virus data updates. While we do virus check the CD before printing, new viruses are being discovered all the time and we make no representation that this CD is virus-free.

You should also read all instructions and README files that come with the CD.

Conditions of use:

We've provided the files and software on this CD for the convenience of our customers — to save you the effort of locating and downloading the material on this CD yourself. The software on this CD is provided as is, in the hope that it will be useful to you. We make no express or implied warranties about any part of the software, except where we are required by law to do so.

While we've taken every care to ensure that the files and software provided is useful and works, we can't and do not accept responsibility or liability for any of the products included except where we are required by law to do so.

ITE Serviceswill provide support if you do not know how to browse the CD and view its contents.

Remedies

Although we do our best to verify all the files on the CD, occassionally some archives may be corrupted during transfer, or the CD itself may be damaged in transit. If your CD is damaged, we will exchange it. Just send the CD and a short note with your name and post to the following address:
