WHO MAY APPLY: ENLISTED (E7/SFC) are eligible to apply. For Merit Announcements, eligibility is limited to personnel currently in the Minnesota Army National Guard who are serving Active Guard/Reserve (AGR) tours. Current AGRs must have a minimum of 18 months in the program to be eligible for reassignment.

SELECTIVE PLACEMENT FACTOR: IAW NGR 600-5, grade inversion within the full-time workforce is not permitted. Military grade of the supervisor must equal/exceed grade of personnel supervised.

REMARKS: PCS Available. Soldiers may be required to attend IADT Manager Course. Soldier should have working knowledge of Schools, DTMS, RFMSS and DTS management.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Is the liaison to Active Component training facilities for IADT Soldiers. Initiates and coordinates all Soldier State Recalls directly with training post. Tracks and resolves all issues at training installations. Communicates all issues to leadership and individual RSP (DETs). Prepare monthly LNO ticket report. Provide statistical data and trend analysis to leadership for the purpose of measuring the effectiveness of current RSP Policies. Communicated directly with MEPS POC for shipper issues and accountability. Reports daily/weekly/monthly/YTD shipper status. Manages the Automated Unit Vacancy System (AUVS). Verify / Update Soldier records in GCR, as needed. Request System Manger.

Assists with developing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating the unit's Individual Training Programs, training records and the Non-Commissioned Officer Development Program in accordance with Digital Training Management System (DTMS) Guidance/Standards, This positions reviews all Schools applications, DTS travel authorizations and vouchers in an ODTA role, AFCOS inputs, DTMS class reservations, AFAM selections, and ATRRS applications, swaps and cancellations, along with associated orders and schools tracker. This position serves as the unit’s subject matter expert in these areas. Assist the BN Operations NCO with operations management. This can include, but is not limited to, editing and compiling BN CUB and Training Meeting slides, OPORDs and FRAGORDs, managing BN-level events in DTMS, creating WebEx meetings, and all other tasks as assigned.
